Privacy statement

Tutkimusvoima Oy is a research agency that conducts various surveys and opinion polls on behalf of our corporate and organizational clients. These are usually related to customer experiences, opinions and preferences as well as the opinions and values of our customer’s staff. Some of the surveys are directed to other stakeholders that are relevant to the customer's operations. In the previously mentioned, we act as data processor for the defendants' contact information, with our principal acting as registrar.

If the survey asks for information about the respondent and the information collected thus forms a register, we will provide information on the processing and processing time at the beginning of the survey. The records we maintain are customer, partner and personnel records, which include company, name, position, telephone number, email and postal addresses.

We are committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information which is entrusted to us. We will process personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy statement. Personal data collected through questionnaires will be kept only for as long as is necessary for the conduct of the study, the reporting of the results or any other comparable processing. The collection of all such information is based on the consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by the issuer if it so wishes.
